The children at Spalding St Paul’s have been very busy helping to make our school grounds a beautiful space for outdoor learning.
Lead by a core team of Year 5’s, children from Year 1 joined in to pick litter, cut back plants, pull weeds, paint the shed and transform our campfire area.
The Year 5’s then had the honour of being the first people to use the campfire area, enjoying learning how to build a fire safely and cook Smores and drop scones.
The Year 5’s who worked tirelessly for 3 days, were awarded special certificates in our achievement assembly, to celebrate their hard work and contribution to our school.
